Are You Sitting Down?
I have good news and great news! Which do you want first? We’ll start with the good—The universe is a massive feedback loop so it serves up whatever a person puts out energetically, watch the clip below sourced from IG account—Our Sacred Nature. This means every human being is a cosmic host with the power to create any life they want—Isn’t that great!?! Simply dare to ask for what you want, then align your entire being with the energy of your vision. Become a living embodiment of your dreams—Breathe from there. Think from there. Speak from there. In other words, use your imagination to see it, touch it, taste it, hear it, and feel it as if it already exists and the universe will meet you there!

Deep self-awareness is paramount—Make it a habit to ask yourself: Does this thought, emotion, or action support the reality I wish to create? Check in with yourself daily. Be mindful of subtle contradictions because the universe mirrors your vibration in precise measure. You can’t just say what you want or think what you want. You have to BE what you want. Refer to the scale shown and aim high!
There will be moments when you inevitably find yourself at a lower vibration—you are human so it does happen—do not judge, criticize, or suppress those emotions. Simply observe, acknowledge, and gently guide yourself back toward feelings that serve you.
Get what you want by doing this:
I decided to run a little experiment to see if the aforementioned practice could truly call something into existence—and let me tell you, I was shook in the best possible way! I urge you to try this for yourself. Start small. Ask for something meaningful to you, something rare enough that when it appears, you’ll know without a doubt that you summoned it. Avoid anything too common—otherwise, you might brush it off as coincidence.
For my experiment, I chose a $2 bill. I hadn’t seen one in nearly 40 years! Growing up in the ‘80s, they were everywhere because my dad, a skycap at Dulles Airport, would often find them mixed in with his tips. But in the current digital era? Practically nonexistent. So, on 10/16/23, I wrote on a piece of paper: I want to hold a $2 bill in my hand. I signed and dated it, trusting it would come, while not concerning myself with how or when. From there, I focused on keeping my vibration high by doing things that brought me joy. By 12/13/23—just eight weeks later—the $2 bill was in my possession, delivered in the most magical way!
That day, I walked to the dry cleaner to pick up a shirt, but it wasn’t ready yet, so the owner told me to return in an hour. With time to spare, I wandered into a grocery store I had never been in before to grab a few things. As I stood in line, I overheard the cashier tell the customer ahead of me that he didn’t have enough money. There was a slight language barrier, so I instinctively reached into my pocket to help—but before I could, he pulled out more cash. And then, right before my eyes, he handed the cashier a $2 bill! I felt like I was in a dream. The divine timing that placed me in that store, at that precise moment, to witness that transaction? Surreal.
I was next in line and paid with my credit card as usual—but here’s the twist: Earlier that day, something nudged me to play the lottery, so for the first time in forever, I had cash in my pocket—two $1 bills, to be exact. Acting on impulse, I asked the cashier if I could exchange my singles for the $2 bill she had just received. She agreed, and just like that, it was mine! I practically skipped home, grinning ear to ear, because I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I had called that bill into my reality simply by (1) asking and (2) keeping my energy field positive.
The universe listens. Try it and see for yourself!
The $2 bill I manifested is shown and it still gives me chills so my latest art project, Reserved Seating, prioritizes getting to know who you really are and want you want in life through stillness. The collection consists of 10 iChairs (sold individually), find more details here — An inspiring room view is shown below, notice the white chair which I describe as humble in form and audacious in function. If you’re interested in a DIY version, some of my resources are accessible through the following links—Check out this folding chair + this Apple air tag + this air tag holder.
My goal as an artist is to elevate and inspire so whether you design your own chair or buy my version, the call-to-action is to slow down, to take a seat (literally) and to consciously create the life you want to live!
