Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Returns & Refunds: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase (see our Refund Policy further below). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale (non-refundable).

RETURNS, REFUNDs & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date — To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If you need to initiate a return, reach out to us via email and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to help you with the process.
Please Note:
(A) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
(B) Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
